Hagman, Kessel shine in Florida

How about that Hagman? Two 2 goal games back to back. Kessel coming alive and starting to pay off. Let’s face it, if he can pot 30 goals this year after missing a month Burke’s going to look like a genius. A month in, I’m still liking that trade.

What a wicked schedule between now and Christmas. Aside from the “no Leafs hockey on Saturday night”, 14 games in 14 games in 24 nights between Monday and the 23rd of December. Three of them against the Sabres including a bruin sandwich on the 19th. Kessel gets to go back to Boston on the 5th. If ever there was a night he should pot a hat trick, that’ll be it.

Points in the last 5 games. Points in 9 of the last 16. That nast little slide on the 10th to 17th of November, man, what 4 or 5 points would have done in that stretch.
